As an experienced and energetic professional, I bring focus, precision, and curiosity to every project. I take pride in doing T&B business the right way—always striving for quality, integrity, and results that speak for themselves.
Whenever I’m able to take off my NEBB hat and cape, I enjoy going out on date night with my wife or helping my son sharpen his baseball skills at the park.

We’ve been called a lot of things ~ Experienced, easy to work with, and proactive are a few of our favorites.
Proficient is the only TAB company that consistently provides quotes for the jobs we estimate, and I truly appreciate your reliability and responsiveness. Your efforts make a big difference in helping us stay competitive and prepared.

It is a pleasure to work with Derick and the PTAB team! They are very professional, and their reporting is top notch. Their technicians are knowledgeable and represent the company well. I look forward to working with PTAB on upcoming projects!

I can’t even put into words the professionalism and dedication your organization showed. Despite everything that was thrown at us, all I heard was a can do attitude and the willingness to do whatever it took to get done. I wish I had more contractors like PROFICIENT, because there are very few out there perform like you.
A true thanks to your crew and I look forward to finishing this project with you and having you on every project we do in the future!!!
